The New Foundation for Cinema and Television (NFCT) was founded in late 1993 by the Ministry of Arts in order to encourage and promote the making of documentary, experimental, feature, and short films in Israel

Declaration of Intentions

The New Foundation of Cinema & TV aims to invest in original documentary films that utilize cinematic media uniquely to tell a yet untold story.
